In order to provide our customers with the highest quality, freshest and best tasting cookies, we begin preparing your order at least three weeks in advance of ship date.  We pride ourselves in the special attention each individual cookie gets during the decorating process and we ask that you allow us that time frame to produce the detailed and intricate designs you see here.

1. -   $100 minimum custom cookie orders (does not include shipping).
   

2. -  Certain cookie shapes may not be available to ship. Please inquire for more information.
   

3. -    Cookie drop-off may be available in the tri-state area for an additional fee.
   

4. -    Cookie pick-up is available in the Hoboken, NJ area.

We start investing time and effort on your special project as soon as you place your order and take great pride in our ability to deliver according to an agreed schedule.  We won’t over-promise and love to over-deliver!  We therefore require that a 50% deposit is provided before we start so that we can invest in the materials necessary for your project.  The deposit is non-refundable.  The remainder of your payment is due as follows:

-    Additional 25% is due two weeks before delivery date

-    Final payment is due upon delivery or before shipping

Sorry, but we can’t make exceptions to this policy.  We deliver a schedule with our contract.  Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, but also accept checks.  No cash deposits are accepted.  Cash payment will only be accepted for payment of the final invoice.
